Booking

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure an appointment. The deposit goes towards the booked service, the remaining balance id due at the end of your service.

Rescheduling Appointments
You sure able to reschedule your appointment up to 48hrs before the start time of your scheduled appointment. If you have to reschedule after the 48hr timeframe there is a $30 rescheduling fee. The appointment must be within 2 weeks of the original date, unless the client has tested positive with COVID-19 it can be rescheduled within 3weeks of the original date. If no other dates are available, a new deposit and appointment must be processed. Rescheduled appointments are not eligible for a second reschedule.

Grace Period/ No Call No Show

You are allowed a 15min grace period for any service over 45mins. If client arrives late, and if the esthetician can accommodate service a late fee of $10 will be applied and service time will be adjusted. *Please note this is to the discretion of the esthetician.*  If a client no call no shows the card on file will also be charged 100% of the service balance. If the card on file can’t be processed for a payment you will no longer be able to book an appointment moving forward. Please note if the payment card on file declines, Royal Label Beautique  will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 120 days after the date of scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business. 

Cancellations

Same day cancellation is considered a no call no show and the card on file will be charged for remaining balance.

Can you tell me what happens during my consultation?

Upon booking an appointment you will fill a consultation form. This consultation forms allows you to tell us about your skin, concerns you have, lifestyle background & more. When you come in for your consultation we dive deep into what is requeired of both your & your esthetician to get you the closer skin you deserve.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Please arrive on time, & with a bare face. If you’re coming from work & cannot remove your makeup a cleanser will be provided but please not this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of the skincare products you are currently using at home or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment your esthetician will definitely be recommending a customized gomecare regimen for you.

Can you recommend products virtually?

Yes! Ketoria is a pro at creating a customized effective & result driven skin care routine. Please use the book button tp schedule a virtual consult with Ketoria & please be sure to have a budget in mind.

Do you only specialize in skincare?

Skin is Ketoria’s top specialty, other services are offered as well. These services include full body waxing, vajacials, & lash extensions.

Do you travel for appointments?

No, for the safety reasons appointments are only available at the treatment room location.

Can I get an advanced treatment for my first appointment?

Advanced are named advanced for a reason. Advanced treatments like chemical peels & microneedling can not be performed in your first appointment. To ensure your skin is at its best it is recommended you have a great home skin care routine, & receive customized facial treatments before going into advanced treatments for best results.
